Professional training

All new joiners receive training when they become part of ALG. This training provides an introduction to the company and its departments, our values ​​and objectives, an overview of the industry, trends in transportation and infrastructure, and some recommendations and perspectives on how to live and work in locations where we have a corporate and business presence.

This training explains who we are, what we do, the type of projects we undertake, our values, the culture and way of working that unites us, and the tools and means needed and available. 

In addition to explaining the type of projects we take on, the format we use in our documents and proposals, and how we transmit messages to our clients, we set a practical case (real project), challenging our new talent to analyse the case, find errors and propose improvements. This ends with an evaluation and feedback.

ALG protects its talent because it is our greatest asset. That is why we help people develop their full potential, with two appraisals per year and regular career mobility.

New members of our management team receive specific training in processes, skills and tools, qualifying them to perform their new role effectively: team management, project control, dedication, evaluations, recruitment, feedback, motivation, business plans and financial training.

ALG rewards the excellence of those who stand out because of their high performance in their annual evaluations.

We have designed our High Performance programme as innovative training so that our professionals can develop the skills that will enable them to grow in line with the company's strategy.

We want our human assets to learn to include innovation in the company's strategy and their individual development, through disruptive training and relaxed, informal and relaxed activities.

We hold regular talks and debates to foster inspiration and further deepen our knowledge, refresh what we know, widen our perspective, share points of view and learn about new trends and advances in our aviation, maritime, land and real estate sectors.

ALG offers all its professionals the opportunity to apply for a scholarship for an MBA or official qualification, in which the company finances part of the course and also respects the time required for it.

Several of our consultants have completed post-university education and we know that this training adds value both for them and for the company. This education has included MBAs and similar courses, CFAs, financial courses, master’s degrees in infrastructure management and specific training in the sectors in which ALG works.
