4 ways to improve your life with ALG
Work from wherever you want
ALG allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world for three weeks per calendar year. We encourage our teams to spend time with family and friends and see the world.
Sabbatical period
We know that work can be very intense and that our working day can be very demanding when there are projects that need our utmost commitment and dedication.
If you need a break, ALG allows you to take a sabbatical of up to three months, divided into two periods during the same calendar year.
Project talks
We are interested in how you feel emotionally, so we can take care of you and offer an understanding and empathetic approach. That is why we follow up individually with our teams.
ALG monitors various active projects to measure the well-being of the teams involved. We have regular interviews with all team members and take action depending on the results of these.
